As this is a boutique-style communication business, I work with a small and selective group of forward-looking businesses or companies to uphold the quality of work and the value of professional relationship.

Projects which I worked with are usually from clients running a high-human touch model of businesses or services in the areas of coaching, training, speaking, lifestyle transformation, health/fitness/wellness and education.

What to expect working with me?

Over the recent years, I have been touched or inspired by a rise of purpose driven brands that are forces and causes for good.

What I’ve realised is that their influence come not because of their image, status or even experience, but by what drives them everyday, doing the things that matter, even if nobody is watching.

Before working with my potential clients officially, I want to really get to know them in person. I want to experience their business or work beyond just conceptual understanding.

This involves getting to spend some time with them while they are behind the scene. I want to feel, see, hear and sense what it is like to do what they do. I will study how they work and interact with their team and the thought process or deeper factors that happen inside of them.

That said, that is only one side of the equation - what I want to say. This is also a blind spot that many businesses experienced. They are limited by their own box.

I will also go to the extent of really knowing their customers. This also includes understanding the bigger context and landscape which they operate in their domain. What concerns do they have? What is influencing their decisions and life? Of course, any trade secrets or private information will be respected in the process.

To be honest, for some potential candidates, if I don’t really resonate or connect with what they are trying to put out there, I will gladly turn down the offer. Pushing it forward in those cases by trying to “market, sell or brand” their business don’t really work well in my experience. 

After this initial phase, I will share my discovery, insights, feedback and my initial plans I have. Many times, this by itself can be enlightening for my clients, even if the opportunity doesn't work out eventually. This discovery phase comes at no cost or obligation, yet can make a lot of difference in moving forward together.

Coaching to thrive on purpose

Building a purposeful brand is an inside-out journey. Building a purpose-driven brand is no longer just for companies or businesses, it is also for personal mastery.

Living and breathing as a purpose-driven brand can be challenging yet rewarding as it dives deep into one's core values, beliefs and identity. It is challenging because it questions our assumptions. It is challenging because it challenges our expectations of living and interacting with the world. Especially under the pressure of the norms, it is a test of maintaining consistency and holding ourselves true to our promise.

You could be in this transitional phase in your life where you are seeking clarity and defining your direction in your career or business. You could be in a state of stagnancy or plateau as well. For such, personal coaching sessions will be more suitable than done-for-you services in the initial phase.

As each individual is unique in many aspects, the coaching rituals will be tailored to their development, outcome and pace. Typically, it will take from 4 to 8 sessions.

This will be live, face-to-face sessions. While technology can help, the live presence of one's energetics, physiology, subtle cues, expression and emotions can mean a lot of difference for the highest good of any interaction.

Coaching rate is S$330 per 90 mins session. 

Purposeful-four package of four sessions bundle is S$950.

All sessions will include a personalised roadmap to track your progress and for accountability purpose.
